I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, from the management to the receptionists and room service, were helpful and cheerful. They were even flexible when I had to cancel some nights midway through my trip. The hotel is in a calm and safe neighborhood, with a few shops nearby and a big mall just a short stroll away. The newly decorated rooms were cozy, with very comfortable beds and high-quality linen and towels. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's location was convenient, being close to everything and just a 10-minute drive to downtown and nightlife.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs and ensure we had a great experience. One specific situation that impressed us was when we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room. We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The location couldn't have been more perfect, as it was just a short stroll away from a big mall. The room was newly renovated and in great condition with all the necessary amenities.
